Chair of LSMF

Stuti is a final-year Economics student, who recently undertook an internship within Alternatives at HSBC Asset Management. Before taking up the role of Chair, she served as the LSMF’s Chief Operating Officer during its inaugural year. Her interests include playing tennis, travelling and learning new languages.

Henrik Norheim
Chair of LFIS

Henrik is a current second-year student studying Accounting & Financial Management and serves as Chairman of the LFIS. Previously, he held the role of a Market Analyst in the LFIS and interned at Hewlett Packard Inc, working as a Business Analyst.

Grace Topping
Deputy Chair

Grace is a second-year Economics student with an interest in the interconnectivity of the different aspects of the modern world. She enjoys playing golf, socialising with friends and going to the gym.

Giorgio Serafino
Head Portfolio Manager

Giorgio is a final-year Finance and Management student, who recently completed his industrial placement at HSBC in FX Research. Beyond academia, he serves as Senior Regional Representative for AmplifyME and plays futsal for the Loughborough Students Futsal Club.

Tyreece Ewing
Portfolio Manager

Tyreece is a second-year Economics and Management student with a passion for investing and the financial markets. My hobbies include playing football, cooking, spending time with friends and travelling.

Yasiru Anagipura
Head of Sustainable Investments

 Yasiru is a final-year Economics student and has been involved in a variety of activities including IMS Basketball, the Royce Hall Committee and LFIS. He is a CFA level 1 candidate and has completed a number of CISI qualifications.

Ben Fort
Head of Research

Ben is a first-year Finance and Management student, who recently undertook an internship in Equity Research. He started as an Analyst in Consumer Goods this year, progressing to become the LSMF’s Head of Research.

Tony Kim
Technology

Tony is a final-year Mechanical Engineering student, who undertook his industrial placement year at Deloitte, working in the Credit Risk team. Some of his interests are athletics, basketball, gym and travelling.

Ahmed (BigMan) Alasad
Sustainable Energy

Ahmed (BigMan) is a final-year Finance and Management student with over four years of experience in trading and portfolio management. He has been with the LSMF for two years now, joining as an Analyst in the Sustainable Energy Sector and currently serving as Sector Head.

Josh Gilmore
Financials

Josh is a final-year Economics student who undertook an Industrial Placement in the Treasury at TSB last year. Before joining the LSMF as the Sector Head of the Financials Team, Josh had previously held a role of an Analyst in his first year at Loughborough University.

Lizzy White
Healthcare

Lizzy is a second-year Mathematics with Statistics student. Though her background lies in Mathematics, Lizzy found herself interested in financial markets and macroeconomics through her personal reading. This is her first year at LSMF, a decision fuelled by her desire to deepen her skills in equity research.

Michael Ripper
Multi-asset

Michael is a final-year BSc Finance and Management student. Having started as a Sustainable Energy Analyst last year, Michael now leads as the Multi-asset Sector Head at LSMF. Alongside his academic pursuits, he is an accomplished international swimmer, proudly representing Great Britain. In his free time, Michael enjoys travelling and socialising with friends.
